SUPER JUICE ME! - THE 28 DAY JUICE PLAN
Many people have been asking if there is a Super Juice Me! Juice Plan and the answer is yes.
However, before you start jumping on 28 days of nothing but freshly extracted juices and smoothies, not everyone needs to be 'Super Juiced'
The vast majority of people simply need a 5, 7 or 14 day 'juice cleanse' and then follow a healthy eating program after that. But there is no question some people do indeed need the full 'Super Juice Me!' experience. I am currently writing the book, but there is a SUPER JUICE ME! app. I worked incredibly hard on the app and program to make sure it was 100% right. There are over 6 hours worth of videos on the app. This includes all the recipe videos, coaching videos (very important when doing 28 days!) and clearly how to prepare and what to do next videos. I also devised the program so that if a person felt they couldn't do a full 28 days, they could just do just half as the Super Juice Me plan is effectively a 14 day program that is repeated on week 3 and week 4. What many people are already doing is the 'half' plan and having a 14 day 'Super Juice Me!' experience, rather than the full 28 days. The results of which are quite incredible and this is all most people need. The shopping list on the app is a week by week, so if you choose half, it works beautifully too. The Super Juice Me! app is the most comprehensive app and program I have ever put together and it has been devised so that all nutritional needs are met. Always consult a doctor before starting the full Super Juice Me! program, I have to say that as is the world we live in, however free free to eat and drink rubbish for a month and no need to consult your doctor before you do that…just saying!
