Hij schrijft o.a ''However, my standard AVERAGE recommendation of bone for an adult dog is about half of a third of the diet - which becomes some 15-20%. This is - again - more than what is absolutely needed, as discusssed on several occassions in the book. I know many cases of dogs getting no more than 5-10% bone in their diet - and they are doing fine''
''Your 45% is too high''
en in het artikel in deze link http://www.dogsnaturallymagazine.com/ba ... -for-dogs/
schrijft hij ''How much is “plenty”? A good guide would be to use a natural prey animal as standard – about 7-10% of its total weight will be bone, so anything in excess of 10% of the total diet would be “plenty”. You should not exceed 25%''
