Als je mij vraagt, kun je veel beter een vitamine B complex geven. En extra magnesium, kan ook geen kwaad. L-Carnitine is belangrijk maar 2 keer raden wat de natuurlijke bron is. Juist, vlees. Taurine, twee keer raden wat de natuurlijke bron is. Juist, ook vlees. Wat ik zelf zou doen: visolie geven. En misschien Co Enzym Q10. En een B complex preparaat. En voor de magnesium zou ik wat extra groenten en rauwe gemalen noten gaan geven. Of een supplement. Maar deze brokken zooi kwam er bij mij nooit in.
